🍰 What does Sugarwick Studio sell?

Sugarwick Studio creates dessert-inspired handmade soaps, candles, and wax melts that look good enough to eat (but definitely aren’t 😉). Everything is designed to be fun, cozy, and sweetly scented.

🧼 Are your products edible?

Nope! While our products are designed to look like desserts, they are not food. Please keep all Sugarwick Studio products away from children, pets, and anyone who might mistake them for a snack.

🌿 Are your soaps safe for skin?

Yes! Our soaps are made with skin-safe ingredients and fragrance oils. However, because everyone’s skin is different, we recommend doing a small patch test before full use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

🕯️ What ingredients do you use in your candles & wax melts?

Our candles and wax melts are made using high-quality wax blends and fragrance oils designed for strong scent throw and clean burning when used properly. Always follow candle safety instructions.

🔥 How do I safely use my candle?

Always burn on a heat-safe surface
Never leave a candle unattended
Keep away from drafts, children, and pets
Trim wick to ¼ inch before each burn
Stop burning when ½ inch of wax remains

💌 Do you offer custom orders?

Yes! We love custom creations ✨

You can request custom scents, colors, or themed items by filling out our Contact / Custom Order Form. Custom orders may take additional processing time.

🚚 How long does shipping take?

Orders typically ship within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated (custom orders may take longer). Shipping times vary based on location and carrier.

📦 Do you accept returns or refunds?

Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, all sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Support@SugarwickStudio.com so we can make it right.

🌡️ Can my items melt during shipping?

Candles and wax melts may soften or slightly melt during warmer months. This does not affect product quality or scent. We recommend bringing items indoors promptly upon delivery.

Are Sugarwick Studio products safe around children and pets?

Our products are designed to be decorative and great-smelling, but because many look like real desserts, they should always be kept out of reach of children and pets.

Why is extra caution needed?

Our soaps, candles, and wax melts are intentionally made to resemble sweet treats like cakes, waffles, and pastries. This realistic appearance may be tempting to little hands—or curious paws.

What precautions should I take?

Store products on high shelves or closed cabinets
Never leave products unattended around children or pets
Do not allow children to handle or play with products
Always supervise candle use
Do not allow pets to sniff, lick, or chew products

Are the ingredients pet-safe if ingested?

No. While our ingredients are skin-safe for their intended use, they are not safe if ingested. If a child or pet accidentally consumes any product, please seek medical or veterinary care immediately.

Can kids help use the soap?

Children may use our soaps only with adult supervision. Because of their dessert-like appearance, we recommend clearly explaining that the soap is not food before use.

Do you offer kid-safe or pet-safe products?

At this time, we do not offer products intended specifically for children or pets. All Sugarwick Studio items are meant for adult use only.
